An "Extract from our Archives" states the meticulously kept, up-to-date information registered in the Patek Philippe Archives since 1839. It can be ordered for any Patek Philippe timepiece older than five years. This service costs 100 Swiss Francs, or the equivalent amount in your local currency.
Please complete the form indicating your watch details (movement, case and reference are mandatory) and return it to the address below or fax number or email at archives.extracts@patek.com. The "Extract from our Archives" will be sent to you within nine weeks upon receipt of payment. This document accurately reflects the information held in the Patek Philippe Archives register (type of watch, movement number, caliber, case number, style, type of dial, date of manufacture, date of sale, bracelet type, additional information if any); it cannot be considered as a proof of authenticity, nor as a guarantee.
(To discover the movement number of your timepiece, it may be necessary to remove the back of the case. We recommend that this only be done by an Authorized Retailer, Distributor or Service Center. A timepiece bearing the word "Pateck" is an imitation.)
